Kohola The Giant Waves

One day while watching the shoreline, Koholā sees the trees shake and rocks fall from the mountains. Shortly after, the seafloor rises and forms a big bulge of water that creates giant waves in all directions. Koholā sees the damage the waves cause and wonders if the dangerous waves will reach Hawaii. Worried of a tsunami, he asks his whale friend to help him warn his friends in Hawaii. Will Koholā’s friends be warned in time or will the tsunami arrive without warning? Kohola & the Giant Waves is a lesson in mother nature, with a focus on tsunami and a list of websites for more information. Author; Walter C. Dudly, illustrated by award winning artist Don Robinson. 9-1/2” x 10-1/4”, 32 pages, Hardcover. For all ages
