Our customer service and shipping departments will be closed:

  • Monday, December 25: Christmas
  • Thursday-Sunday, November 23-26: Thanksgiving weekend
  • Friday-Monday, December 29- January 1, 2018: New Year weekend

Holiday Shipping Schedule:
The following deadlines are listed below to guarantee delivery by Christmas:

  • Standard Shipping: Orders must be received by December 7, 2017
  • Express Shipping: Orders must be received by December 17, 2017

All inquiries and orders received these days will be processed on the next business day.


Perfumes, colognes, nail polish, and hand sanitizers

Due to Federal air safety regulations, perfumes, colognes, nail polish, and hand sanitizers cannot be sent through USPS mail. All perfume, cologne, nail polish, and hand sanitizers orders will be shipped through our Los Angeles, CA distribution center, if available, by FedEx Ground service. A customer service agent will contact you if your order cannot be filled. FedEx Air service (2nd Day) is available from both Hawaii and California, for an additional $45 fee.


Free Standard shipping on all orders, over $50.00 within the U.S. (Restrictions may apply on heavy or large items)

$50.01+ = Free Shipping

Express
$0 – $48.99 = $22.99
$49 – $125.99 = $24.99
$125+ = 20% of invoice total

Express Shipping charges will be 20% to 30% additional of your order.

Shipping charges are based on net sales offer discount(s) applied.


Guaranteed To Ship Within 1-2 Days

Most orders shipped out of the Honolulu Warehouse within 48 business hours following the receipt of the order (Monday-Friday prior to 2:00PM EST). Orders received after 2:00PM, or those received over the weekend, or on a holiday will be shipped within 48 hours of the next business day. Orders are shipped via UPS, FedEx and the US Postal Service.


When will my Order Arrive?

Most orders shipped via Standard Shipping will arrive within 4-14 business days. Orders shipped via 2nd Day Air will arrive within 2 business days from the ship date.

How do I Track my Order?

Orders may be tracked by logging into your account. Customers will be notified that the tracking number has been posted via an order status email.


APO/FPO/DPO Shipping

We will gladly ship to APO, FPO, and DPO addresses. These orders will be shipped via USPS.

Note: We are currently unable to ship Perfumes and Colognes to any address outside the United States.


International Shipping

International packages will be shipped via UPS, FedEx or USPS. Customs and duties are not included in the international shipping fee. Customs and duties are the responsibility of the customer and will be collected at the time of delivery. Any package refused or sent back to us will be refunded the balance once all customs, taxes and shipping charges have been paid by the customer. Additional shipping charges may apply based on weight and size of package. You will be notified if additional shipping costs are due prior to shipment.
