CHECK OR MONEY ORDER:
• Drawn on U.S. banks in U.S. dollars.

PERSONAL CHECK POLICY:
All personal checks will be held up to five business days for the funds to clear before orders are shipped. To ensure that your order is shipped as quickly as possible, please send a money order, a certified check, or use a credit card.
 
CREDIT CARD:
We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and JCB credit cards drawn on U.S. banks in U.S. dollars. Debit Credit cards with valid VISA or MasterCard logo will be accepted.
 
 
SHIPPING INFORMATION
All shipments originate from Hawai'i. Most in-stock items are normally shipped within 3 business days via USPS. Once an order has shipped, please allow 7-10 days for delivery. Please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery to APO and FPO addresses. For orders containing perfumes or colognes, please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery (see below for more info). The Madden Corporation will not be responsible for lost packages once delivery is confirmed.
 
Some rural areas may require extra time for delivery, including, but not limited to Alaska, other U.S. Territories and military installations.

EXPRESS SHIPPING
 
Express service (3-5 day delivery) is available for domestic shipments at the rates listed above. Express orders are normally shipped via FedEx 2nd Day. An actual street address is required for express delivery.
 
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Payment for international orders must be made in U.S. dollars. Below are our international shipping rates:

Once an order has shipped, please allow 7-14 business days for delivery to international addresses. Express Shipping (7-10 day delivery) is available for international shipments at the rates listed above. All applicable duties and taxes are to be paid by the customer at the time of receipt.
 
We do not ship to addresses in Nigeria.
 
Due to the alcohol content, fragrances, perfumes and colognes are not available for shipment to international addresses.
 
Other restrictions may apply.
 
PERISHABLE ITEMS
We recommend express delivery service for orders containing perishable items. The Madden Corporation will only replace damaged perishable items shipped via express service shipped from November 1 through April 30. Perishable items include but are not limited to cookies, chocolates, jellybeans, taffy, cake, jams, jellies, condiments, sauces, syrups and dressing.
 
PERFUMES & COLOGNES
Due to Federal air safety regulations, perfumes and colognes will be sent via USPS Parcel Post if standard shipping is selected for domestic shipments. For these shipments, please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery from the time the order is shipped. Other items ordered may be shipped separately.
 
Express shipping for domestic shipments via FedEx 2nd Day is available for these products at an additional $30 per package. This additional surcharge will be applied to your order during order processing and may not show on your initial order confirmation.
 
International shipping for these products is currently not available.

MULTIPLE SHIP TO ADDRESSES
Shipping fees for orders sent to multiple addresses will be charged individual shipping rates per shipping address and will comply with the above guidelines.
 
SALES TAX  
Hawai'i has a General Excise Tax (GET) of 4.712% for consumer sales with delivery points on O'ahu, Hawai'i and 4.166% for all other islands. California has a statewide retail sales tax of 7.25% for all consumer sales delivered to California. Hawai'i GET and California Sales Tax are based upon the ship to address.
 
OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
Occasionally, items may not be available at the time of purchase. If an item is out of stock when the order is processed, you will be notified via phone or e-mail. Your credit card will be billed for items only after the items are shipped. Charges for out of stock items will not appear on your invoice or bill. Backordered items will not incur another shipping charge unless additional items are added to the backorder.
 
 
SATISFACTION GUARANTEED
All of our products are guaranteed. We are proud of our products and want you to be pleased. Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery if you are not completely satisfied. Contact our Customer Service Department for assistance with returns at (800) 468-2800.
 
RETURN POLICY
Please inspect all merchandise upon delivery. All defects and shipping damages must be reported to customer service within 48 hours of receipt of goods. Failure to do so shall constitute acceptance of goods.
